About the Author
D.K. Pandey, M.L.I.Sc., Ph.D., is presently an Assistant Librarian at Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. Prior to joining the university, he has served as Librarian in Higher Secondary Schools and as a Library Professional in the State Central Library, Itanagar.
Dr. Pandey has contributed immensely towards Library Management and its utility aspects. He has delivered lectures in various institutions of repute and has to his credit a number of research papers. He is actively engaged with people in the same profession for the last few years by giving radio talks and publishing articles in local dailies.
