The Chapters relating to condition (\u003ci\u003eshart\u003c\/i\u003e), cause (\u003ci\u003esabab\u003c\/i\u003e) and impediments (\u003ci\u003emawani\u003c\/i\u003e') have also been included, as they are indirectly connected with the '\u003ci\u003eillah\u003c\/i\u003e. As \u003ci\u003eistihsan \u003c\/i\u003eis a latent analogy (\u003ci\u003eqiyas khafi\u003c\/i\u003e), we have dealt with this problem in a separate chapter. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003ci\u003eQiyas \u003c\/i\u003e\u003c\/b\u003ehas remained all along a controversial subject.
