The objective of this study is to provide scientific reflection on the method for assessing climate change, more precisely on the sub-components of the new risk concept. Documentary research, standardization, weighted arithmetic aggregation of the impact chain ( GIZ, 2021) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) were used as the methodology. These results are supported by field data from a sample of 218 producers. The analysis of climate exposures and vulnerabilities is a first step towards the assessment and implementation of effective practices and techniques for adaptation to climate risks.
