Showing his prowess for military comics, he also worked forFleetway on titles including War Picture Library, Air Ace Picture Library, Battle Picture Weekly (onJohnny Red), 2000 AD (on Angel, Invasion!, Disaster 1990! and Tharg's Future Shocks), Starlord (onRo-Busters), Speed, Wildcat, Ring Raiders, M.A.S.K and the New Eagle (on M.A.S.K).\u003cbr\u003eIn the 1980s, when working on Commando, he illustrated for other DC Thomson comics includingThe Victor and Starblazer.
