The work aims to evaluate the impact of implementing this system on the improvement of food hygiene and on organizational performance. The analysis is based on the study of the level of application of the standard's requirements, as well as on the examination of internal and external audit results and customer complaints over several years. The results show a progressive decrease in non-conformities detected during audits as well as a reduction in customer complaints, reflecting an improvement in compliance and process control.
