Die Autoren

Christian Bernd Lang ist Theoretischer Physiker und Universitätsprofessor im Unruhestand an der Universität Graz. Seine Begeisterung gilt der Elementarteilchenphysik, dem Thema, zu dem er als Autor und Koautor zahlreiche Fachpublikationen und zwei Lehrbücher beigetragen hat. Er findet es wichtig und es macht ihm Freude, Wissenschaft verständlich zu vermitteln. Privat hat er Länder auf fast allen Kontinenten bereist und fotografiert.

Leopold Mathelitsch hat das Lehramtsstudium Physik und Mathematik absolviert und in Theoretischer Physik promoviert. Nach Auslandsaufenthalten habilitierte er in Theoretischer Teilchenphysik an der Universität Graz. Danach beschäftigte er sich vermehrt mit physikdidaktischen Themen. Er ist Autor von Schulbüchern sowie von Sachbüchern zu Sport und Physik bzw. zu akustischen Phänomenen. Seit 2014 ist er manchmal im Ruhestand.
