But in the interim, this Constitutional Basis will provide a good starting point for reaching the stars. \u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003eThis is Mr. Risman's 16th law text. Mr. Risman is an Honours LL.B. graduate from the University of London, and obtained his LL.M from the same institution. Mr. Risman is a member of the Society of Legal Scholars of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
