Chez celles qui n'ont aucune, une ou deux parentes atteintes, le risque de cancer du sein avant l'âge de 80 ans est de 7,8 %, 13,3 % et 21,1 %, avec une mortalité ultérieure due à la maladie de 2,3 %, 4,2 % et 7,6 % respectivement.
