Legionnaires' disease can be fatal, with between 3 and 33 percent of \u003ci\u003eLegionella\u003c\/i\u003e infections leading to death, and studies show the incidence of Legionnaires' disease in the United States increased five-fold from 2000 to 2017.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e\u003ci\u003eManagement of Legionella in Water Systems\u003c\/i\u003e reviews the state of science on \u003ci\u003eLegionella\u003c\/i\u003e contamination of water systems, specifically the ecology and diagnosis.
