She is a medical graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Nigeria (2005\/2006 Set). She did her internship at the University College Hospital, Nigeria. She had the opportunity to serve for one year at the Nigerian Army Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria (2008-2009). She was a military doctor at the Nigerian Air Force Hospital (April 2009-December 2018) before God redirected her steps to the United States.Dr Oyewumi was a dedicated member\/medical team volunteer at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Fountain of Life Sanctuary (CELL 8), Ladipo-Oluwole, Lagos, Nigeria.
