Wir kennen viele Formen des Lachens: ob ausgelassen und erfrischend, bitter oder traurig, herzlich, hämisch, schmutzig, schadenfroh oder gar verächtlich. Derartige Beschreibungen für das Lachen lassen sich nahezu beliebig fortsetzen. Es ist so vielseitig wie der Mensch selbst. Das Lachen drückt zumeist Freude und Spa , Ausgelassenheit oder Vergnügen aus. Humor befreit von Stress und gibt Kraft und Energie für den Alltag zurück. Kurzum: Lachen ist gesund! Doch im täglichen Miteinander von Menschen wird nicht nur viel gelacht, sondern es kann auch schnell zu lauten Gesprächen und heftigen Diskussionen kommen - Spannung und Aggressionen liegen in der Luft. Es entstehen Konflikte, die den Menschen das Miteinander erheblich erschweren, sei es im Arbeitsalltag oder im Privatleben. Sie können den Menschen krank machen, ihn regelrecht zermürben. Mediationen sind geprägt durch solche zwischenmenschliche Konflikte. Diese schaffen eine gespannte Stimmung zwischen den Parteien und verhindern zumeist eine kreative Atmosphäre zur gemeinsamen Lösungsfindung. Ist es also für den Mediator möglich, durch gezielten und bewussten Einsatz von Humor die Situation aufzulockern und somit mehr Spielraum für Kreativität und Miteinander zu schaffen?
