He abridged it from 780 to 297 pages, removing some of the longer repetitive ramblings, and added his own annotations, to warn Americans of what Hitler was planning.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNow in print for the first time in 85 years, Alan Cranston's edition of \u003cem\u003eMein Kamp\u003c\/em\u003ef served as a warning in 1939.
