I could see immediately that he had a deep desire to serve God with all of his might. That desire came from recognizing the amazing Creator we have. I soon became aware of his longing to express his awe of the God we serve. His expressions come in the form of song and poetry. Jamie has reopened the door to special music on Sunday mornings at Easton. It was never locked shut, just not opened for a long period of time. His passion for singing led him to join the Easton Express, our Sunday morning worship band.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJamie also has a keen knack for free verse and blank verse poetry. He often sends me a poem via text, and I am always amazed by his ability to describe God as the amazing Creator and Sustainer He is. He gives equal credence to our Savior, Jesus Christ, and to His awesome Holy Spirit, who encapsulates our lives when we do God's will.
