The methodology consisted of proposing guidelines for shared management in conservation units, in three stages: diagnosis, planning, and monitoring. This research suggests actions through the lines of knowledge (research and environmental education), control (inspection and protection), operationalisation (administration, communication and economic sustainability), as well as monitoring, with the aim of making the necessary adjustments and proposing future actions. It is hoped that shared management will be established through the mobilisation of management bodies in the implementation of policies, action plans, and research and EA projects.
