Starting in mid-2008, the negative light frequencies predicted by the author's quantum electron-string model as well as by a new soliton-based \"1+1, ' kink' geometry\" (Journal of Physical Review, Feb. 2008) were experimentally proven and measured. Black light, identified as negative radiation (N-radiation), was shown to drop the temperature in cotton fibers at a rate which derived Planck's Constant as a function of the number of hydrogen bonds in the molecule.
