About the Author: Mandeep Sanehi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English, Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh. Her educational background encompasses dual M.A. degrees in English and Punjabi and an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in English. She is a prolific writer with five notable books to her credit, including Punjab da Lok Itihas (translated from Shahmukhi to Gurmukhi), Judi aur Laxami (translated from Hindi to Punjabi), Creative Zones: Critical Observations on English Literature (edited), Khali Thavan Tappdean and Ikk Khatt (poetry).

Dr. Sanehi’s contribution to academia extends beyond books. She has published over twenty research papers in esteemed journals in both English and Punjabi.
