Anu Singh Lather is an MM. MA (Clinical Psychology), and PhD in Clinical Psychology. Prof. Lather has teaching, research, and consultancy experience of over 27 years. Currently she holds dual charge of Dean of the School and Director, International Affairs of the university. She was founder Head of the Department of Applied Psychology, Guru Jambheshwar Technical University, Hissar from 1997-2000. Prof, Lather has passion for research. She has published more than 140 papers in national and international journals and proceedings of national and international conferences and seminars, She was conferrtx1 with the 'Best Researcher' award by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, consecutively for three years (2010, 2011 and 2012) and on various international platforms.
Shalini Garg is currently an Associate Professor at the University School of Management Studies. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India. She has teaching experience of more than twelve years, Her research interests are in the areas of human resource management, organisation behaviour and organisation development. Special interests in HR include talent management. training and development, and leadership issues. She has published in national and international journals and has presented various papers at conferences of repute.
Shilpa Jain is currently an Assistant Professor at the University School of Management Studies Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, India, She is an MSc in Applied Psychology and PhD in Organizational Behavior She has research experience of more than I I years s. and teaching experience of over five years. She has conducted many workshops, training programs for students as well as corporates, She has to her credit more than 30 research -papers published in journals of national and international repute.
