S. Fayyaz Ahmad, a Gold Medalist in B.Com, a position holder in M.Com and a Ph.D. from the University of Kashmir, has had a consistently good academic record. Presently working as Professor in the Department of Commerce, University of Kashmir, he has 30 years experience in teaching, research and training in the field of organizational behaviour, management and business ethics. Fayyaz has attended a large number of conferences, seminars and workshops at the national and international levels. He has published more than two dozen research papers and one book.

Nazir Ahmad Gilkar, presently working as Lecturer (SG) in Commerce, PG Department of Commerce & Management, Abdul Ahad Azad Memorial College, Bemina, Srinagar, has been teaching in the college for the last two decades. During this period he attended several faculty development programmes, conferences and seminars. He has published papers in various journals of national repute. Gilkar has authored two books entitled Commerce Education in Kashmir and Profitability Analysis.

Javid Ahmad Darzi, M.Com from the University of Kashmir, is a faculty member, Govt. College for Women, Nawakadal, Srinagar. Organisational Behaviour and Management have been his areas of interest. He worked on a Project, “Role of HMT Ltd. in the Development of Ancillary Industries” under the joint supervision of Professor S. Fayyaz Ahmad and Dr. Nazir Ahmad Gilkar.
