Rangrao. He has won prestigious awards for his contribution to Marathi Literature. A Collection of his poems in English The Moon at the Window has been recently released in Mumbai. He is also the author of a perceptive book on the English Romantic poetry Revelations : Essays on English Poetry (1995). Dr. Bhongle edits Indian Literary Panorama, a journal of contemporary Indian literature and society which is a biannual and dedicated to contemporary Indian literature including Indian literature in English.
