We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in excellent condition, and always on time.
Please review our shipping policy below:
● Service Area: We currently deliver to major cities across India.
● Shipping Destinations: Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you wish to ship books to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
● Order Processing Time: Each Product has the shipping duration mentioned on the Product Details Page. We aim to ship each book in your order within 1-2 business days for. However, in some cases, shipping may take up to 10-14 business days if its an International Edition as it is especially imported from the US or UK. Any payment for unshipped items will be refunded in the same manner as your original payment.
● Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
● Delivery Time: For deliveries within Delhi NCR, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days post-shipment. For areas outside Delhi NCR, deliveries generally take 5-6 business days post-shipment (excluding the shipping date). Shipping times and delivery estimates are also specified on each product's page.
● Courier Service: We partner with trusted courier agencies to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition.
● Multiple Shipments: We strive to ship all items in your order together. However, depending on the nature of the books or their availability, shipments may be sent separately.
● Damaged or Tampered Packages: If the book or packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team immediately at customerservice@atlanticbooks.com, citing your order reference number. We will work to resolve the issue by sending a replacement as soon as possible.
● Tracking: To track your order, send your payment ID to customerservice@atlanticbooks.com.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are Rs. 50 per book within India for orders under Rs 500. Shipping is free for order values greater than Rs 500. Charges may vary for international shipping depending on the destination country.
