At Atlantic Books, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return policy:
Return Eligibility
● Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied books, or those with printing errors.
● Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by emailing us at customerservice@atlanticbooks.com with "Return-Order ID" in the subject line.
● Approved returns will receive a Return ID, which must be clearly pasted on the return parcel.
Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by sending an email to customerservice@atlanticooks.com. Cancellation Requests after the 1 hour period is subject to deduction of 3.5% fee on Refund Amount to cover for processing and payment gateway charges.
Return Process
1. Ensure the return request email is sent within 24 hours of receiving the book(s).
2. Package the item securely with the Return ID attached.
3. If the packing slip is unavailable, include the order number, email address, name of the purchaser, and the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper inside the package.
Refund Policy
● Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
● The refund will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are subject to a 3.5% deduction on refund amount unless the refund reason is damaged or defective products.
● We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
