This book attempts to throw light on the different aspects of a Kafeer's life i.e. his ancestry, his social, economic and political conditions; and his relations with his Muhammedan neighbours, besides discussing the conquest of his motherland by Abdur Rahman Khan of Afghanistan in 1896. The Kaffers were an ancient and historical race and it is, therefore, hoped that the work will be found useful by scholars. It would also be of great interest to the layman.
