Vinod Khobragade, M.A. (Political Science), Ph.D. (Political Science), UGC-NET/JRF (Political Science), is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Political Science, Faculty of Social Sciences, Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed to be University), Dayalbagh, Agra, since 2006. His areas of specialization and interests include international relations, foreign policy, and Indian government and politics. He has guided a number of students for their M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees. He has also published a number of book chapters and articles in reputed publications.
