Godfrey Harris is President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris/Ragan Management Group. He has conducted tourism seminars at Clemson University and the University of Hawaii, and written or co-authored 17 books on public policy and business topics. Kennith M. Katz is Managing Director of Destination Marketing in London, a firm he founded in 1976 to offer a comprehensive array of services to the tourism industry. He has served as President of the Society of Tourism Industry Representatives, a member of the Board of the Caribbean Tourism Organization, a member of the European Steering Committee of PATA, on the Advisory Board of the World Travel Market and the Center for International Business Development and as an advisor to the US Travel and Tourism Administration in London.
