Dr. Dilip Ganguly [M.Sc. (CHEM), Ph.D. (Applied Chemistry), PGDMM, MDBA (MKTG)] is a Fellow at the Institute of Chemists (India) and a Chartered Chemist (India). A veteran of the Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS), he retired at the level of Joint Secretary from the Ordnance Factory Board, Ministry of Defence, Government of India, after 35 years of service in chemical and explosive industries, covering quality, safety, production, environment management and practices, among other responsibilities. He was conferred AYUDH BHUSAN (highest award of Ordnance Factory). A prolific researcher and author, he has delivered numerous lectures at reputed seminars, served as visiting faculty in noteworthy educational institutions and has written multiple textbooks for graduate, diploma and ITI students on topics of environment, health and safety. Prof. Vikram S. Ghole is a Biochemist and Environmentalist with decades of leadership experience heading the Department of Environmental Sciences at Savitribai Phule Pune University. As an active researcher, he has supervised numerous Ph.D. students and published over a hundred articles in nationally and internationally reputed peer-reviewed journals. He holds four technology patents in his name for water treatment, biogas and poultry immunity booster, with one related to windmills pending acceptance.
