About The Book

This book suggests that the American economy is in serious trouble as a result of government mismanagement, fraud, waste and abuse. The state of the union is in peril with national security ramifications, and the problems are so striking that they necessitate a reappraisal of current approaches to fixing the state of economy. The authors suggest that the state and federal government is in violations of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and thereby has failed to protect the rights and liberties of the PEOPLE in which government was elected to serve. The contributors to this volume I analyze how under former president George Walker Bush more than 5,735 U.S. soldiers were killed in two wars (Iraq & Afghanistan) and neither of the wars were sanctioned by the United Nations, nor any governing body. They go on to examine the fragile American infrastructure, addressing some of the most critical problems the IRS, Employment, Homelessness, Medicare, Drugs, Criminal Justice System, Immigrant Aliens, Welfare, Cost of Living in America, and offering new prospective to solve some of these critical problems. The contributions also provide a comprehensive review of current President Barrack Obama presidency, policies and governance approaches, and emphasis the changes in the economic and social context of the PEOPLE and the implications of these developments on the rise of the regulatory state. Tony Rivers Sr. is the Executive Director of the Francis A. Rivers Emergency & Permanent Supportive Housing Foundation in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a former police detective and U.S. Army veteran with three war deployments in support of Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
