El Libro de Melquisedec es un manuscrito hallado entre los rollos del Mar Muerto, específicamente de la Cueva Once. La historia es una revelación que Melquisedec recibió por medio de "un ángel luminoso" o ángel de Luz, y la cual estuvo él registrando en esos rollos durante seis años.

Melquisedec, rey de Salem, es uno de los personajes más importantes de la literatura sagrada. Es supremamente interesante, su aparición en el Libro de Génesis capítulo catorce, y luego como la Epístola a los Hebreos lo presenta como una Cristofania.
