[...] Fritz Burger (1877 - 1916) war ein deutscher Kunsthistoriker, der ebenfalls selber als K�nstler t�tig war. Er teilte den k�nstlerischen Grundsatz, dass die Kunst subjektiv sei und bewertete von diesem Standpunkt aus auch die Kunst neu. In dem vorliegenden Werk beschreibt Burger die Geschichte des florentinischen Grabmals von den �ltesten Zeiten bis Michelangelo. Illustriert mit �ber 270 historischen Abbildungen. Dieses Buch ist ein unver�nderter Nachdruck der Originalausgabe von 1904.
