This is a collection of poetry I've written over the past 5 years on my journey of healing and self discovery. I've used poetry as an outlet, it helped me to express certain emotions and situations creatively, that could not properly speak about and sometimes helped me release a lot of the pent up grief and rage that comes with the healing from childhood wounds, past relationships and trauma and the empowerment of gaining knowledge of self, walking through the fire of traumas and fears and getting Intune with my power and myself to essentially get closer to my spirit team and the most high.

This intense journey began when I met my twin flame (divine counterpart) almost 5 years ago, a lot of the poetry I write is about unconditional love, learning to accept self and the excruciating pain of dealing with the triggers of a twin flame connection, and childhood wounds, detaching in order gain connection and union with self.

There's a lot of pieces I cannot even personally take the credit for as feel like they came from a higher source in downloads, but this book is about my personal journey in growth and healing, the awareness that has come from each dark night and rebirth, and the pain that I've been able to transmute into power.

Trigger warning there are numerous poems that include tones of abuse, suicide and self harm, I still find it difficult to read some of this poetry out loud but I wanted to write and release this book for anyone that is awakening, healing or on their own twin flame journey. I want to normalise speaking about dark emotions and being more open about what hurts us, so that more people know that where you start is not where it ends, its ok to not be ok, and pain can most definitely be transformed into a great deal of power if you allow your ugly to have a seat and listen to what it has to say.
