She has found writing to be a form of release for her ever-churning mind and the purest route to expressing her inner most thoughts and imaginations.She is a mother and grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She's lived in Dallas, Texas area since the age of 3. She is a Life Coach and caterer, and she loves to support people in their challenges. She is also a public speaker.Much of her writing comes from her own battles with depression and a desire to use those dark times for the greater good. She finds it deeply fulfilling to know that her own struggles can serve as a method to connect to on a very authentic level offering others hope and healing and while gaining courage to continue moving forward in her own life. She believes every person is uniquely valuable and care about by a loving God.
