Cynthia has worked with children with disabilities and behavioral health issues. Now semi retired Dr. Sambataro creates children's books with a purpose, to educate, empower and enchant children and readers. The Legend of Foo Foo series draws on actual events in history with blends of Chines Folklore and fantasy. Dr. Sambataro cleverly designed the book as an upside down book so children across the globe can read the book in their native language and English. In a global world, connecting the children through story and history is designed to enhance an early understanding of cultural appreciation and communication.

Sambataro, Paul: - Dr. Paul Sambataro holds a doctorate in Neurobehavioral Psychology. A retired school psychologist, Dr. Sambataro conducted countless cognitive behavioral tests and assessments which lead to his coining the term: Emotional Budgeting as a term to describe the need for children and adults to learn how to file daily data points (relationships, events, responsibilities to avoid being overwhelmed leading to stress an anxiety. Dr. Sambataro has authored The Bipolar War, The Emotional Budgeting WorksBooks (Youth and Adult) and Cognitive Narrative Development. Dr. Sambataro is is a contributing author for the Legend of Foo Foo series.
