If you're searching for something that's missing within your soul, you're not alone. Many of us have felt that emptiness and longing for something deeper and more meaningful in our lives. As I was writing my last book, I heard a voice whisper to me, "Healing Hands - Through The Written Word." Little did I know, those words would become the title for my latest book. The creation of this book has moved my soul so deeply that I simply had to share it with everyone.
But it doesn't end there. I also have a podcast, and I felt a strong push from God to continue producing content. As I continue to grow and stay in God's word, I realized that this journey of writing and sharing my experiences was all part of His plan. It has not only helped my soul to spiritually grow, but it has also allowed me to see my own spiritual growth and self-discovery.
In Luke 11:28 of the King James Version Bible, it says, "But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it." And that's exactly what I have done.
The chapters of this book include scriptures from the Bible, which God has given me to share with each and every one of you. These topics are not only important in this present moment, but they hold eternal significance.
God's first commandment to each of us can be found in Mark 12:30 "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." It may seem like a simple commandment, but it holds so much power and truth. When we put God at the center of our lives, we experience true fulfillment and purpose.
Just like Moses, many of us may feel inadequate or unsure of what to say or do at different times in our lives. God reassures us in Exodus 4:12, "Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say." We don't have to have all the answers or be eloquent speakers, because God will guide us and teach us every step of the way.
Furthermore, he teaches us in James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. We must remember that every good and perfect gift ultimately comes from above. Our heavenly Father, the source of all light and goodness, is the ultimate giver of blessings in our lives. He is constant and unchanging, unlike the shifting shadows of this world. So when we receive a gift, let us remember with a grateful heart that it is a reflection of God's love for us and His desire to bless us abundantly. Let us also be reminded to be generous in sharing our gifts with others, just as God has generously given to us.
I am eternally grateful for God's love and guidance in my life. I have seen His hand in creating miracles and abundance, even in the midst of brokenness and a contrite spirit. As it says in Psalms 34:18, "The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." This book is a testament to God's love and His ability to heal and transform our lives. Making him the focus of our life will bring great balance and rewards.
