Does education need a philosophy? The answer is yes; all the educational systems of the world have been founded on certain philosophies. Look at what Abraham Lincoln once said, "The philosophy of the classroom is the philosophy of the government in the next generation." The true Christian school must define Christian education as a Bible-based, Christ-centred and teaching-learning process in every area of the curriculum and school activity. In view of the Bible command: "Train up a child in the way he should go," every Christian school and home school parent needs to develop the right philosophy of education. This book is here to help.
