Jahrhundert und pr�gte diese Zeit durch seine Berufung als "Konsumentenpapst." Die Kennzeichnungspflicht brachte ma gebliche Verbesserungen f�r die Lebensmittelsicherheit. Catherine Lechner zeichnet in ihrem vorliegenden Buch den Lebensweg Fritz Koppes nach und beschreibt sein lebenslanges Engagement daf�r, dass einerseits kein gesundheitssch�digendes Lebensmittel angeboten wird und andererseits der Konsument beim Kauf der Lebensmittel �ber die Inhaltsstoffe informiert wird.
