Chakib, Mostafa: - Écrivain et académicien irakien résidant au Maroc depuis plus de 50 ans, Ali Al-Kasimi s´est formé dans plusieurs universités: Bagdad, Beyrouth, Oslo, Oxford, La Sorbonne et Austin (Texas) où il a obtenu le Doctorat d´État en terminologie et lexicographie. Ses principaux ouvrages sont rédigés en anglais et en arabe. Il est reconnu comme étant le pionnier des dictionnaires de citations en arabe moderne. Par ailleurs, ses ouvrages littéraires ont été traduits en anglais, français, espagnol, roumain et perse et ajoutés aux ouvrages académiques, ils ont fait l´objet de 50 thèses, mémoires universitaires et livres.
