About The Author

Lang Henry: - Pierre-Michel Kaufmann a réalisé trente ans de vie professionnelle au sein du Groupe Accor, dont il a été directeur de communication dans les années 80-90. Fondateur de l'agence événementielle The Smile Factory, il poursuit ses activités de consulting dans l'univers hôtelier et touristique notamment. Henry Lang a été durant plusieurs décennies l'un des proches conseillers des deux co-Présidents, dans les domaines du management, des richesses humaines et de la communication. Fondateur et dirigeant du cabinet HL Management, créateur de l'Université de la Parole, il est également l'auteur de l'ouvrage Le Management du Titanic, les leçons d'un naufrage.
