Tricotrin: The Story Of A Waif And Stray is a novel written by Ouida, first published in 1876. Despite their social and economic differences, Tricotrin and Lady Venetia begin a passionate love affair. However, their relationship is threatened by the jealousy of Lady Venetia's fianc����� and the disapproval of society. Tricotrin must decide whether to pursue his love for Lady Venetia or remain faithful to Nini and his bohemian lifestyle.
