About The Book

O investigador realizou um estudo sobre a migra��o internacional dos pais e o desempenho acad�mico dos filhos que ficaram no pa�s de origem. Este estudo foi realizado na Universidade de Gujrat (UOG), uma vez que Gujrat � uma regi�o de destaque no que diz respeito � migra��o internacional, e o investigador levou a cabo este estudo para conhecer o impacto da migra��o internacional dos pais no desempenho acad�mico dos filhos que ficaram no pa�s de origem. Para analisar o impacto da migra��o internacional no desempenho acad�mico, o investigador estudou dois grupos de estudantes: um cujos pais se encontram fora do pa�s e outro cujos pais trabalham no pa�s de origem. Foi utilizada uma amostra total de 110 inquiridos, incluindo 55 estudantes de cada uma das duas categorias. Recorreu-se a uma amostragem intencional para selecionar os inquiridos de diferentes departamentos da Universidade de Gujrat. Os dados foram recolhidos com a ajuda dos respons�veis pelas turmas, atrav�s de um question�rio autoaplic�vel, e, posteriormente, utilizou-se o programa SPSS para introduzir e analisar os dados. O desempenho acad�mico de ambos os tipos de estudantes foi avaliado com base na percentagem de notas obtidas no exame de admiss�o, no ensino secund�rio e na licenciatura, bem como nas m�dias ponderadas acumuladas (CGPA) na universidade.
