Cases in Entrepreneurship provides students with diverse, real-world examples of entrepreneurship in action. Through real-world cases, readers learn critical lessons in business management, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Each case includes a short introduction, explanations of why the case is important, key terms, the case itself, and post-reading case questions. The second edition features seven new case studies in which a new manager reflects on the concept of leadership at a colleague's retirement banquet, readers are encouraged to consider of the role of soft skills in management and leadership, ethical issues within a company threaten to detail its financial success, and a profitable business considers way in which to grow. Additional cases explore Red Bull's competitors and innovators in the energy drink industry, launching a catering business, and maintaining a small company's altruistic foundations as they expand and grow.

Cases in Entrepreneurship is an ideal supplementary textbook for courses and programs in business management and entrepreneurship.
