Die Beziehungen, die China mit den afrikanischen Staaten unterh�lt, sind nicht rein wirtschaftlich motiviert, sondern es wird ein Diskurs der S�d-S�d-Solidarit�t, der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und der antiwestlichen Vorherrschaft zwischen den beiden L�ndern geschaffen. Im BRICS-Kontext werden solche Kontakte zus�tzlich institutionalisiert, und zwar durch den gemeinsamen Wunsch, die internationalen Rahmenbedingungen f�r die Regierungsf�hrung zu �ndern und ein integratives internationales System zu schaffen.
