Roberts-McCabe, Glain: - Glain Roberts-McCabe is the founder and President of The Roundtable, a company where leaders cultivate their leadership, together. The oldest of four children (the others are all boys), Glain was born in the UK and moved to Canada when her father got a job coaching the Canadian rugby team. After a misguided career false start in illustration, Glain spent the majority of her twenties and thirties living the GenX career life, moving through a variety of senior leadership roles in the not-for-profit, public and private sectors. Along the way, she's won a few awards, stepped on a few toes and mastered the art of the apology.
