ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
How to Lead Through Kindness
When James Rhee, a private equity investment specialist, took over the clothing company Ashley Stewart, it was on the verge of bankruptcy. Two years later, it had achieved impressive financial results. How did he do it? The answer lies in mathematics, always useful in business, but above all in kindness--a rare value in that field, often mistaken for weakness--which the author rediscovered thanks to a childhood memory: a red toy helicopter he received in gratitude for sharing his lunch with a less fortunate friend.
In those circumstances, and amid a personal crisis, James implemented kindness as a principle and, together with his team, found that compassion, mutual help, and care generate great changes both at work and in life. In these pages he will teach you to see the business of life and the life of business in a more human way, revealing lessons such as:
- How kind acts can become an asset called goodwill.
- Recognizing the invisible obstacles that hinder your growth. - Leading transformative change through small acts that multiply. - Reorienting our lives, organizations, and the world to reflect the best of ourselves. Are you seeking a sustainable balance between life, money, and joy--for yourself and for others?
