Dr. Henric Hahr, studierter Bauingenieur, ist Geschäftsführer der BAM Immobilien-Dienstleistungen GmbH. Seit 2010 ist er zudem Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der BAM Deutschland AG. Er ist aktuell Lehrbeauftragter der Universität Stuttgart für das Fach "Immobilienbewirtschaftung" und aktives Mitglied in verschiedenen Institutionen und Fachverbänden. Seine Dissertation wurde 2007 mit dem Immobilienforschungspreis der gif e.V. ausgezeichnet.

Dr. Joachim Hirschner, studierter Bauingenieur, ist Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der IWTI GmbH - Institut für wirtschaftliches und technisches Immobilienmanagement, Stuttgart. Akkreditiert als DGNB-Auditor und LEED(R) AP, Lehrbeauftragter der Universität Stuttgart für das Fach "Bestandsimmobilien und Zertifizierung" und Vorstandsvorsitzender der Stiftung Immobilie.

Frau Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Katharina Kleinschrot studierte Immobilientechnik und Immobilienwirtschaft an der Universität Stuttgart und war im Anschluss in der Projektentwicklung bei der LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH tätig. Nach ihrer Promotion am Institut für Baubetriebslehre der Universität Stuttgart ist sie seit August 2017 bei der BAM Deutschland AG für die Akquisition privater partnerschaftlicher Projekte zuständig.
