No entanto, o ensino em sala de aula trata frequentemente os dom�nios gramaticais como igualmente importantes, com evid�ncia emp�rica limitada quanto ao seu impacto relativo. Objetivo: Este estudo analisou o desenvolvimento da escrita num curso de escrita de L2 de n�vel universit�rio para determinar (a) se as notas de escrita melhoraram ao longo dos rascunhos, (b) quais os componentes dos testes de gram�tica que previam a qualidade final da escrita, (c) se os alunos formavam perfis de desenvolvimento distintos e (d) quais os dom�nios gramaticais que deveriam ser priorizados na instru��o. M�todo: Os participantes foram 21 estudantes universit�rios de EFL matriculados num curso pr�tico de escrita. Os dados inclu�ram pontua��es de escrita no pr�-teste e no p�s-teste e cinco pontua��es de question�rios gramaticais (tipos de frases, verbos principais, concord�ncia, paralelismo e artigos).
