Throughout her career, she specialized in leading teams through complex system implementations and organizational disruption, an experience that deeply informs her approach to retirement transition.As the primary provider for her family, Cheryl's position was unexpectedly eliminated just one year before her planned retirement, only weeks after her mother's death.
