Werner Hecker begann nach dem Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre in Regensburg seine Berufslaufbahn bei der Energieversorgung Ostbayern. Anschließend war er kaufmännischer Prokurist, Geschäftsführer und Aufsichtsrat mehrerer Stadtwerke und Regionalversorgungsunternehmen. Zuletzt führte er als Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung die E.ON IS GmbH. Heute ist er im Vorstand der SYMBION AG beratend in Fragen der Zukunftsfähigkeit und Organisationsentwicklung von Unternehmen tätig.

Prof. Dr. Carsten Lau studierte Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der TU Dortmund und promovierte im Fachbereich Maschinenbau zum Dr.-Ing. Darüber hinaus verfügt Carsten Lau über mehr als fünfzehn Jahre Berufserfahrung in unterschiedlichen Führungsfunktionen in Industrie- und Beratungsunternehmen (u.a. Daimler und Airbus). Neben seiner Professur an der Hochschule Hamm übt Carsten Lau derzeit eine Führungsfunktion bei E.ON aus.

Professor Dr. Arno Müller studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der TU Darmstadt und promovierte an der Universität Passau. Er arbeitete mehrere Jahre in der Beratung zu den Themen Just in Time Logistik und Produktionsmanagement. Er hatte Führungsfunktionen in der Automobilzulieferindustrie inne und ist seit 2001 geschäftsführender Gesellschafter der bps - business process solutions GmbH. Seit 1994 lehrt er an der NORDAKADEMIE in den Bereichen Logistik, Prozess- und IT-Management. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im IT-Controlling und IT-Management.
