She also worked in SRCC and Laxmibai College, University of Delhi. She cleared UGC-NET in 2010. She has presented research papers in many national and international conferences. Her papers have been published in journals of high repute.
She also chaired two technical sessions in national conferences on HRM in 2013 and 2014. Her first edition of Marketing Management was published in 2015.
