D.S. Chundawat is working as Professor in the Department of Business Administration of University College of Commerce and Management Studies, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He took initiative to start professional course in Human Resource Management in the University. He is Director of MHRM Programme, Dean Student Welfare, and Chairman, University Sports Board of MSU, Udaipur. He did his Faculty Development Programme from IIM Ahmadabad during 1987-1988. His thirty-nine research articles have been published in journals of national and International repute. So far thirty-six students have completed doctoral research in the area of Human Resource and Industry Relations under his supervision and presently ten research scholars are doing research. He has written 12 books and has also attended international conference at Sultanate of Oman, Muscat. Shurveer S. Bhanawat is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Accountancy and Statistics of University College of Commerce and Management Studies, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He is the convener of B.B.M. Programme. Having eighteen years of teaching experience at graduate and post graduate level, he is a UGC NET cum JRF and RPSC SLET qualified faculty, and actively involved in teaching, research and consultancy for over eighteen years. Dr Bhanawat got gold medal from MSU, Udaipur in his M.Com (Accountancy and Statistics) Examination. He also got Best Research Paper awards in Indian Accounting Conference and International seminar organized by Delhi University (2006), and Saurashtra University Rajkot (2013). Twenty-six of his research articles have been published in journals of national and international repute. Seven students are doing research and four research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degree under his supervision. He has authored a book titled Business Statistics.
