Bounaparte, Maryanne: - Maryanne was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Being a mom to her son, Dylan, is her life's most rewarding title. As a healthcare professional, Maryanne has been a licensed Massage Therapist for 29 years. She also worked as a paraprofessional with middle and high school students for 12 years. She has been very much inspired through the relationships with the children and staff. In 2021, in her spare time and through her love and passion for animals and our veterans, she began volunteering at a non-profit organization, Paws of War. Their mission is to honor and support our veterans, active military members and first responders. Paws of War enriches lives through the rescue and training of service dogs for independence, adoption of companion animals in war zones, and other essential services to assist our heroes in need. Through her time there, an instant family was created. After feeling a calling on her heart, Maryanne became a business owner of Warrior Wellness Massage Therapy and guided by faith and purpose, went on to publish her first children's book Bubba the Combat Cat, followed by her second, Bubba's Adventure to America. With a heart rooted in her faith in Christ, she finds daily inspiration in the love, encouragement, and support of her family and friends, whom she cherishes deeply.
