On an Earth with a dying Sun, there are two kinds of people. The Chosen. And the left behind.
We thought it was over. We thought we had lost. A burnt out star left us without enough warmth to thrive, our days as a species were numbered.
But then, then a miracle happened. We received a transmission from an alien civilization that scanned our Sun and knew we needed help. So they threw us a life raft in the form of designs for Space Arks, we built 3. Interstellar capable, with pre-programmed coordinates to bring us to their home world, a place we were told could be called home. 100,000 humans per Ark, chosen to represent the best in us, a last ditch effort to save humanity.
Do I trust these aliens? hell no. but what choice do we have?
Paulson's the name, Caleb Paulson, you can think of me as the architect of this mission. We're heading to this alien system with no idea what lies ahead.
As for the billions who were not so fortunate? The ones who did not receive an invitation aboard the arks? We left them to shephard a lawless and desperate earth, poor bastards. This stable of arks is humanity's last chance to endure.

Pisa, Francesco: - Francesco Pisa was born in Varese, Italy, in 1992. From an early age, he was inspired to make art, attending the artistic high school in his hometown. In 2013, he graduated from the International School of Comics in Reggio Emilia, earning full marks. After his graduation, he contributed to several smaller independent comic productions, one of which was self-published. He's the winner of multiple comics and illustration contests, including both local and national accolades in and around Italy's creative scene.
Over the course of his career, Francesco has worked as a graphic designer for agencies in Milan, and as a storyboard artists for both independent films and large-scale international productions still in progress. Despite his cosmopolitan resume, he continues to dedicate himself to the art scene in Varese, winning awards for his local painting and sculpture work.
Rosenblum, Morgan: - Morgan Rosenblum is an award winning and best-selling comic book author, best known for his breakthrough fantasy original graphic novel series, Winds of Numa Sera (Dark Horse). Morgan currently works as Managing Editor and Art Director at the iconic Heavy Metal magazine, where he has played a large role in the brand's recent resurgence. He also co-founded Herø Projects (alongside Heavy Metal CEO Matt Medney), a burgeoning custom comics company, where he presides as the Chief Creative Officer building original comics and story-based content for the likes of Sony, Live Nation, and Disney, to name a few. With other new titles in development and already signed to major publishers, Morgan is quickly establishing himself as a hot commodity creator in the industry.
